新竹貨運：宅配到府

海外專區：

海外商品需付款僅限信用卡。

運費須事先與客服確認並與商品費用一同付款。

出貨需3–5個工作天，物流配送天數約5-15個工作天（視地點而定）。

1. 海外購買不接受退換貨。

2. 海外交易可能產生進口關稅或其他費用，部分商品可能無法配送。

3. 包裹若被海關抽查，產生的稅金需由顧客負擔。

4. 若地址無法投遞或失敗，改寄費用由顧客自行負擔。

服務時間：週一至週五 08:00-12:00 / 13:00-17:00，例假日及公告休息日無查詢服務。

Shipment will be processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies by destination (approximately 2–7 business days).

Overseas Shipping Section:

1. For items designated for overseas delivery, only credit card payment is accepted.

2. Shipping fees must be confirmed with customer service first and pay the shipping fee together with the product cost to proceed with shipment.

3. Shipment will be processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies by destination (approximately 5-15 business days for overseas shipments).

1. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas purchases. Due to high international shipping costs and complex procedures, please consider carefully before placing an order.

2. International transactions may incur import duties or other charges depending on each country’s regulations. Some products may not be eligible for delivery or customs clearance. Please confirm whether delivery to your country is possible before purchasing.

3. If a package is inspected by customs, any resulting taxes must be borne by the customer.

4. If the delivery address is undeliverable or delivery fails, the package will be re-shipped at an additional cost, which must be paid by the customer.
