Shopping Guide

We want every purchase from Mr. Charlie to feel simple and transparent. This guide explains available payment methods, delivery times, overseas ordering and how to check your order.

Payment Methods

  1. Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and JCB.
  2. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
  3. Taiwan Pay.
  4. ATM virtual account payment, completed through a physical ATM or online banking.

Delivery Within Taiwan

Home delivery is provided by HCT Logistics. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Delivery after dispatch usually takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Overseas Orders

  • Only credit-card payment is accepted for overseas orders.
  • International shipping charges must be confirmed with customer service before payment and must be paid together with the product price.
  • Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. International delivery usually takes approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Orders with a delivery address outside Taiwan cannot be submitted or paid directly through checkout. Contact customer service first to receive an international shipping quotation.

Important Information for Overseas Purchases

  1. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas purchases. International shipping is expensive and the return process is complex, so review all product details carefully before ordering.
  2. International transactions may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges under the destination country’s rules. Certain products may not be eligible for delivery or customs clearance. Confirm availability before purchasing.
  3. If a package is inspected by customs, the customer is responsible for resulting duties, taxes and charges.
  4. If an address is undeliverable or delivery fails, the customer is responsible for the additional cost of re-shipping the package.

Checking Your Order

  • My Account: Sign in to your Mr. Charlie account and open the order section to view order details and status.
  • LINE: Send a private message to our official LINE account.
  • Email or Website Message: Leave a message through the Website or email info@mrcharlie-decor.com.

Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. Enquiry service is unavailable on public holidays and announced closure days.
