Mr. Charlie lamps provide soft ambient light. They work well as companion lights, mood lighting and decorative accents, but are not recommended as the main source of illumination or as reading lamps. They are ideal when you want a gentle, atmospheric glow.
Will the actual product look different from the photos?
Beyond their form, Mr. Charlie pieces are designed around the way the material catches light, their lines and their three-dimensional presence. In a real space, their texture and atmosphere are often more apparent than in a flat photograph.
Will the material yellow easily?
Our products use weather-resistant UV15-grade polyethylene, offering durability and UV resistance. Under normal indoor use, noticeable yellowing should not occur within a short period. Actual results vary with the environment, sunlight and placement. For long-term outdoor use, avoid continuous exposure to strong sun and rain.
Can the product be easily damaged by children or pets?
PE has a degree of flexibility and is not easily broken by ordinary everyday knocks. Avoid heavy drops, excessive pressure and improper use to extend the product’s life.
Can the light source be replaced?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 2–7 days depending on the destination. Pre-order and special items follow the schedule stated on the relevant product page.
Is free shipping available?
Free shipping is available to addresses on Taiwan’s main island. For outlying islands, contact us through LINE before ordering to confirm the delivery method and cost.
Where do you currently deliver?
Our standard delivery service currently covers Taiwan’s main island. Contact us in advance for other destinations. Delivery conditions for larger products may vary because of regional or carrier restrictions.
Will the product be delivered upstairs?
Standard delivery is to the ground floor only. Contact customer service before ordering if the destination has special access requirements or restrictions.

What are Mr. Charlie products made from?
Most product bodies are made from polyethylene (PE), a flexible, impact-resistant and durable material that contains no plasticisers or heavy metals. Lamp holders and light sources vary by model.
Is the material safe?
PE is a stable material commonly used in home products and is suitable for everyday living spaces. It is a reassuring option for homes with children or pets, but excessive pressure, heavy drops and deliberate impacts should be avoided.
Are minor marks, colour variations or uneven areas normal?
Yes. PE products are formed at high temperature, cooled and removed from moulds. Minor colour differences, spots, surface marks, uneven areas or indentations may appear. These are normal characteristics of the process and do not affect safety or normal use.
Will the product colour exactly match the photos?
Photography lighting, surroundings and screen settings can cause slight differences between product images and the actual colour. We make every effort to show colour and texture accurately, but the delivered product is the final reference.
Which spaces are suitable for the products?
The products suit living rooms, bedrooms, studies, entrances and children’s rooms. Depending on the model, they can be used as lighting, decor or companion objects. Check dimensions before ordering.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Mr. Charlie pieces can also be enjoyed on balconies, terraces and patios, or during picnics and camping. We recommend indoor or sheltered semi-outdoor use. UV15-grade weather-resistant PE helps resist yellowing, but prolonged exposure to intense sunlight should be avoided.
Do the products include a warranty?
The polyethylene body is covered by a one-year warranty, and lighting components are covered for six months. Contact customer service if non-accidental damage occurs during normal use.
What should I do if the product is defective or damaged in transit?
If a product arrives visibly damaged, defective, incomplete or affected by a delivery issue, contact us promptly through LINE or email. Include your order details, photographs and a description of the problem.
Can I request a return or refund?
Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, eligible orders may be returned during the seven-day inspection period after delivery. The complete order, including accessories and gifts, must be returned. Return shipping for a non-defective product is paid by the customer.
Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
Customised products and purchases delivered outside Taiwan cannot be returned or exchanged. Review your requirements carefully before ordering.
