【交貨時間】
迫切地想收到您的訂單嗎？我們完全明白。
請注意，處理您的訂單通常需要 3-5天，實際上的天數取決於庫存情況。
您的包裹準備好後，貨運將取走並在 2 至 7 天內送達，具體取決於您的目的地。
請注意，我們僅將貨物運送至一樓。
【運費】
台灣本島的寄送免運費，如非本島請先洽詢LINE客服諮詢運費。
【運送目的地】
我們的目標是盡快將貨物運送到客戶手上，但目前我們只運送到台灣本島。某些大件物品可能不適合運送到任何地方——如有需要，請聯絡我們的銷售團隊尋求協助。運費根據當前市場價格計算，不包括進口關稅（如適用）。
【保固資訊】
我們所有的聚乙烯主體提供 1 年保修，燈具保固6個月。
【退貨和退款】
改變主意了嗎？不用擔心。
您從交貨之日起有 7 天的時間可以申請退貨。如果物品在開封前非因產品本身的問題申請退貨，則退貨運費由您承擔。
請注意，客製化產品及海外購買恕不受理退換貨服務，因國際運費金額較高且手續繁複來回運送過程較長，請購買者斟酌後再下單。恕不接受退貨。
但是，如果產品損壞或有缺陷，我們將承擔退貨和更換費用。
若要符合退貨條件，產品必須未開封使用且無磨損，且須退回整筆訂單(包含產品、配件及贈品等)。
只需聯繫LINE客服或發送電子郵件至info@mrcharlie-decor.com，註明您的訂單號碼、要退回的商品以及原因（我們不會評判，但我們喜歡追蹤回饋）。如果有缺陷，請附上照片作為證明。我們將盡快回覆您退貨說明並協助您完成退貨。
*請注意: 我們會盡力提供高品質產品，但鑑於PE材質商品製作時有許多繁瑣過程如高溫、冷卻、脫模等，所以在接合處或不特定位置可能出現色差、色斑、磨痕、不平整、凹痕等狀態，這些狀況皆為正常且無安全疑慮可以安心使用。
*照片與實際產品顏色會因為電腦/手機螢幕顯示等其他變數而產生色差，請以實際產品顏色為主。

Delivery Time
Eager to receive your order? We totally get it.
Please note that processing your order typically takes 3-5 days, depending on stock availability.
Once your parcel is ready, it will be picked up by the carrier and delivered within 2 to 15 days, depending on your destination.
Please be aware that deliveries are made only to the ground floor.
Delivery costs
Free Shipping for the delivery in Taiwan only, but for other destinations, please help to check the shipping fee with our customer service.
Shipping Destinations
We aim to ship to you soon, but for now, we deliver only to Taiwan. Some bulky items may not be eligible for shipping everywhere—contact our sales team for assistance if needed. Shipping costs are based on current market rates, excluding import duties (where applicable).
Warranty Information
All our Polyethylene main body come with a 1-year warranty; as for the LED parts, it will be 6 months warranty.
Returns and refunds
Please be aware, we don’t accept the return for the customized products or the oversea purchase. Due to international delivery fee is high and all the process of return is complicated, please help to think twice before purchasing.
However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return and replacement costs.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and free of wear.
Simply email us at info@mrcharlie-decor.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the defective reason. Please attach photos as proof. We’ll get back to you with return instructions within 7 days.
*Please note: We strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the many complex processes involved in manufacturing PE material products—such as high-temperature molding, cooling, and demolding—slight variations may occur. These may include color differences, speckles, marks, uneven surfaces, or dents at joints or random areas. Such conditions are normal, pose no safety concerns, and do not affect the product’s functionality.
*Product photos may differ from the actual product color due to display variations on monitors, mobile phones, or other devices. Please refer to the actual product color as the standard.
