退換貨須知
【退貨申請說明】
1. 商品一經開封，無法退貨，開箱時請全程錄影（從未開封到完全開箱，商品不可離開畫面）。
2. 收到商品於7天鑑賞期內可免運退貨一次，鑑賞期並非試用期。
3. 申請退貨請聯絡線上客服，提供姓名、Email、手機、訂單編號及退貨原因。
4. 退回的商品必須是全新狀態、且還原完整包裝 (含商品本體、配件、贈品、說明書等)， 請勿缺漏任何配件、自行拆解檢查商品或損毀。
5. 退貨商品必須未開封且包含完整訂單內容（含贈品與明細），否則需自付補寄費用。
6. 退貨時請向物流索取單據並保留至退換完成。
7. 已使用的優惠券無法因退貨取回。
8. 提交退貨申請即代表同意退貨規則並授權發票作廢處理。
【無法辦理免運退貨的情況】
1. 收到商品超過7天鑑賞期。
2. 商品已開封（如外包裝膜或塑膠袋被拆或下水）。
3. 退貨內容不完整，缺少贈品或其他訂單物品。
【缺件/瑕疵申請說明】
1. 收到商品超過7天不可申請。
2. 開箱必須全程錄影（未開封開始），缺件需提供影片申請。
3. 瑕疵品需拍照提供客服，經判定後安排補件或退換。
【無法辦理退款的情況】
1. 索取紙本發票但未寄回（需自付補件郵資）。
2. 申請表提交後10個工作天內聯繫不上，將取消申請。
3. 退貨商品收到後，退款需15個工作天內完成（不含假日）。
【特別提醒】
根據《消費者保護法》，收到商品起算隔天為猶豫期第一天，共7天。
猶豫期非試用期，商品必須全新未開封、包裝完整才能辦理退貨。

Return Policy
Please be aware, we don’t accept the return for the customized products or the oversea purchase. Due to internationl delivery fee is high and all the process of return is complicated, please help to think twice before purchasing.
However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return and replacement costs.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and free of wear.
Simply email us at info@mrcharlie-decor.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the defective reason. Please attach photos as proof. We’ll get back to you with return instructions within 7 days.
